3. Ordering and Payment


Orders can be placed via phone, email, or website inquiry. Full payment must be made at the time of purchase. We accept all major credit/debit cards. By placing an order, you authorize us to charge your provided payment method for the agreed amount.


4. Shipping
We offer nationwide shipping across the USA. Shipping is typically completed within 3 to 7 business days. Expedited shipping is available upon request at an additional cost.

Free shipping offers apply only to standard ground delivery within the continental U.S. unless otherwise stated.


5. Returns and Refunds
Defective/Incorrect Parts: If a part is defective or incorrect, we offer replacement or full refund, provided the issue is reported within 30 days of delivery.

Cancellations: Orders canceled after processing are subject to a 25% restocking fee and non-refundable shipping costs.

Buyer’s Remorse: If you cancel for personal reasons, return shipping and restocking fees apply.

All returns require prior authorization.

Refunds are issued after inspection and processing, which may take 2–3 business days after the returned part is received.


6. Warranty
All control modules and select parts include a 1-year limited warranty covering defects in materials or workmanship under normal use. This warranty does not cover damage due to misuse, improper installation, accidents, or modifications.


7. Limitation of Liability
G Consulting shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

G Consulting Refund, Return & Warranty Policy

1. Scope of Services and Products

G Consulting operates in the travel services and medical-support supply industries. This policy applies to:

  • Travel-related services (flight bookings, accommodations, mobility assistance coordination, transportation arrangements).
     
  • Medical-support products, including but not limited to back braces, knee braces, and other orthopedic support devices.
     

Different conditions apply to services and physical products, as outlined below.


2. Warranty Coverage – Medical-Support Products

  • Medical-support products are covered under a limited warranty that applies only within the specified warranty period stated at the time of purchase.
     
  • Claims made outside the warranty period are not covered and will not be eligible for a refund or replacement.
     


3. Claim Determination Process

  • Once a warranty or defect claim is initiated, the customer must stop using the product immediately.
     
  • Continued use of the product while a claim is under review may result in termination of warranty eligibility.
     
  • G Consulting will evaluate the claim and provide a determination after review.
     


4. Proper Use and Installation Requirements

  • Products must be used strictly according to provided instructions or professional guidance.
     
  • The warranty is void if:
     
    • The product is misused, improperly fitted, altered, or repaired by unauthorized individuals.
       
    • The product is modified or disassembled for testing or adjustment beyond normal use.
       


5. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • Products that have been modified, altered, or disassembled.
     
  • Products showing signs of excessive wear, misuse, or damage caused by improper handling.
     
  • Items that are not the original product shipped by G Consulting.
     
  • Used medical-support products returned due to comfort preference or personal fit issues unless otherwise stated.
     


6. Unique Product Identification

  • All products are uniquely identified through markings or serial information.
     
  • Returned products must be in the original condition as shipped.
     
  • Products returned that do not match original identification records will not be reimbursed.
     


7. Reporting Issues in Writing

  • All issues, claims, or concerns must be submitted in writing via:

8. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

  • Customers must contact G Consulting before returning any damaged, defective, or incorrect product.
     
  • A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) is required prior to return.
     
  • Returns without an RMA will not be accepted.
     
  • The return must be shipped within 7 business days after receiving the RMA.
     
  • A valid tracking number must be provided.
     


9. Inspection and Refund Approval

  • Returned products will be inspected upon receipt.
     
  • Refunds or replacements will be issued only after inspection and approval.
     
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the error is confirmed to be caused by G Consulting.
     


10. Travel Services – Refund Policy

  • Travel-related services (flight bookings, accommodations, transportation, mobility assistance coordination) are subject to:
     
    • Airline, hotel, and third-party provider refund and cancellation policies.
       
  • G Consulting service fees are non-refundable once services have been rendered or bookings confirmed.
     
  • Refund eligibility for travel services depends on the specific provider’s terms.
     


11. Return Shipping Responsibility

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error or defect confirmed by G Consulting.
     
  • Items returned to an incorrect address may be forwarded to the correct location at the customer’s expense.
